2017 Kirkwood Wine Stroll Pouring Station Sign Up

40 Pouring Stations Available | Event Time: 7:00-10:00PM

Current and paid KBOA membership is required to be a pouring station.

We are looking forward to a great  Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll (KWS) on Friday, September 22nd.  The KWS is a fundraising event for KBOA.  Our goals are not only to raise funds for the organization but help our Kirkwood businesses to thrive.  

KBOA will provide a white wine and a red wine selection for each station. The amount of wine provided will depend upon total number of attendees anticipated for the event.  Ice for chilling white wine will also be provided (please provide cooler for ice).

The $150 Pouring  and/or Food Tasting Station fee is a marketing and administration fee.  It is in no way intended to pay for the wine you serve.  The wine provided to you is the property of KBOA and all unused wine will be picked up between 10:00-11 pm.  Unused wine will be used throughout the year for KBOA Mixers and fun events for KBOA members.

We encourage you to make your station your own! Decorate, do raffles or giveaways, the space is yours to make your own.  No tables, tents or chairs will be supplied by KBOA.

Each station should be staffed by at least 2-3 people from your business from 6:00pm - 11:00pm. 

• Each  station will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the KWS that you can use for special guests.
  
• A general promo code to share with your customers.
• Marketing and community outreach to over 3000 attendees.
  

Food Tasting Stations need to fill out the agreement and email to kirkwoodwinestroll@gmail.com by June 30, 2017.
